Corporate Work Study Program > Overview
In order to make private, college-preparatory education affordable to the young women and men on the West Side of Chicago, Christ the King will employ an innovative work-study program called the Corporate Internship Program (CIP), which combines two commonly used business concepts, employee leasing and job sharing. This initiative gives our students the means of financing their education. The CIP allows each of our students to earn approximately 70% of the cost of their education by working five full days each month in entry-level positions at corporations in downtown Chicago.
Would you like to learn more? If so, whether you're a student or a potential Corporate Sponsor, please take a moment to learn more by exploring some of the other pages in this section of the website: how it works, why it works, become a sponsor, and our lists of local and national sponsors.
If you have additional questions or are interested in sponsoring a team of Christ the King Jesuit Preparatory School students, please contact Preston Kendall, VP for Corporate Internship at pkendall@ctkjesuit.org.
