Activities

Student participation in activities, sports and clubs is strongly encouraged. The purpose of any co-curricular activity, club or sport is to complement and enhance the educational experience of the students. Participation, however, is a privilege and not a right. All students involved in co-curricular activities will be required to meet eligibility requirements. For the good of the student's overall academic welfare, this privilege may be revoked at any time.

Given the nature of Christ the King's Corporate Work Study Program, conflicts will arise between work schedules and practices, games and activities. Work always takes precedence over co-curricular activities. A student may not miss any work in order to participate in athletics and activities, nor should the student ask his or her work supervisor for an exception under any circumstance.
