Dear Students,

If you are having major issues with your Chromebook, issues that do not let you use your device, we will be opening the school on Wednesdays only from 10:30 - 11 AM for device exchanges, while supplies last.

• Major issues include, cracked hinges, broken screens where you can't read the screen, non functional trackpads or keyboards, inability to control the device, wireless issues, device not turning on or falling apart, stolen device [we will need an official police report].
• Replacement chargers are limited to Lenovo N21 and 300e models. Please try Amazon.com to purchase and have it delivered.
• Minor issues include hairline cracks on the screen or corners where you can continue to use the device, camera issues, device only working while using the charger.

Although, it is our goal to make sure everyone has a device in great condition currently we cannot accommodate all devices to be perfect. Minor issues will be tackled once we are cleared to return to school.
