Jose Rodriguez

Jose Rodriguez is Vice President of the Corporate Work Study Program of Cristo Rey Jesuit and Christ the King Jesuit High Schools. He has led the shared CWSP at both Chicago schools since 2012, following an accomplished tenure with Cristo Rey. Jose joined Cristo Rey’s staff in 2001 as a Coordinator and became Director of the program in 2009. He earned a BA from DePaul University and completed his MBA at Loyola University Chicago. Jose is a member of the board of the Advocate Bethany Community Health Fund, member of the Chairman’s Advisory Council for the Big Shoulders Fund and is an alumnus of Leadership Greater Chicago. LinkedIn

Lillie Sellers

Lillie Sellers is Director of Corporate Relations for the Corporate Work Study Program of Cristo Rey and Christ the King Jesuit High Schools. Lillie focuses on developing partnerships with new job partners to expand our list as Christ the King grows in enrollment. She joined the CWSP in 2013 following work in: affordable housing policy and planning, launching programs with employers, talent management and training, and youth leadership development. Lillie earned a BA from George Mason University and a certificate from the University of Chicago in Strategic Talent Management and Organizational Design in 2011. Angela K. Baldwin

Angela Baldwin serves as Director of the Corporate Work Study Program at Christ the King Jesuit College Prep, managing day-to-day operations for the program.  Angela previously worked in the CWSP at Cristo Rey St. Martin in Waukegan where she managed a portfolio of more than 130 students. Prior to her 5 years at CRSM, Angela worked for Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana, where she developed programs for over 700 girls per year.  She is currently completing her degree in Non-Profit Management at North Park University.  
Mosie Duhe

Mosie joined the Corporate Work Study Program team as a Coordinator in June, 2015. Prior to CTK, Mosie completed a year of service through the MercyWorks program at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, where she served as a Youth Care Worker in Mercy's most intensive therapeutic home. Mosie studied at Boston College, where she received her BA in Applied Psychology and English. While at BC, she led service-learning programs and advocated for women on campus. In addition, Mosie interned and volunteered at two Boston Public Schools, where she counseled high school students in college prep programs.

Megan McCarthy

Megan joined the Corporate Work Study Program team as a Coordinator in February, 2015. She taught U.S. History and other subjects at Schurz High School in the Chicago Public Schools for the past 20 years. Megan moved to Chicago from her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio to participate in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps after graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in political science. She also has degrees in education from Northwestern University and Loyola University.

Kourtney Thorn

Kourtney joined the Corporate Work Study Program team last year as an AmeriCorps Volunteer with Public Allies Chicago—participating in a ten-month term of service at Christ the King. Having completed that program, she is now a full time staff member. Kourtney graduated from Columbus College of Art & Design in 2013. As a Coordinator, she serves in every need of the CWSP, including working closely with job partners and students. Kourtney’s previous experience includes working with the Children Defense Fund in their summer program Freedom School. She has also had the pleasure of volunteering with programs like Bethlehem on Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio, where she helped provide food and clothing for families in need. Kourtney has a strong love and dedication to the arts as well as working with young people in multiple social service and educational programs.
