Christ the King is a safe, affordable, faith-based college prep high school serving families of Chicago’s West Side who might not otherwise be able to afford a private high school. A member of the nationally acclaimed Cristo Rey Network, Christ the King opened to freshmen only in the fall of 2008 and has added one class of students per year.

The VP of CWSP will have primary responsibility for planning, managing, and executing all CWSP-related activities of both Cristo Rey Jesuit and Christ the King Jesuit College Prep.  Responsibilities include cultivating and stewarding corporate partner relationships, as well as overseeing program operations and logistics. CTK faculty member would teach up to 5 course sections in the Latin department, which may include combinations of Latin I, Latin ll, or Latin lll, beginning in the 2018-2019 school year. CTK faculty member would teach up to 5 course sections in the Math department, which may include Pre/Algebra l, Algebra ll, Geometry, Pre/Calculus, and/or AP Statistics, beginning in the 2018-2019 school year. CTK faculty member would teach up to 5 course sections in the Science department, including labs, which may include combinations of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or AP, beginning in the 2018-2019 school year. CTK faculty member would teach 3 Civics course sections in the Social Studies department, and one Advisory section, beginning in the 2018-2019 school year. AP experience a plus. CTK faculty member would help to develop a rigorous Studio Art curriculum, and teach up to 5 course sections in Studio Art using various mediums, beginning in the 2018-2019 school year. The instructor will lead and instruct CTK students in up to 5 course sections in Physical Education and Wellness (Health), working collaboratively with CTK colleagues.  See attached job description. This position is responsible for coaching and providing direction to student-athletes so that they can develop the skills, attitude, and disposition in order to become a successful cross-country runners. Instructs and demonstrates cross-country skill sets and techniques for individual and team achievement. Runs practices and oversees participation in meets, beginning in August 2018. Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter and professional references to jbajner@ctkjesuit.org.

This position is responsible for coaching and providing direction to student-athletes so that they can develop the skills, attitude, and disposition in order to become a successful volleyball players. Instructs and demonstrates volleyball skill sets and techniques for individual and team achievement. Runs practices and oversees participation in meets, beginning in August 2018. Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter and professional references to jbajner@ctkjesuit.org.
 

This position is responsible for coaching and providing direction to student-athletes so that they can develop the skills, attitude, and disposition to become a successful basketball players.  Instructs and demonstrates basketball skill sets and techniques for individual and team achievement. The athletic trainer will work closely with CTK coaches and athletic director to establish an athletic training, conditioning and injury treatment/rehabilitation program for CTK's student-athletes in all fall, winter and spring sports.
