Student & Partner Success CoordinatorThe Student and Partner Success Coordinator supports students in their educational development and growth as career-ready young professionals. The Coordinator oversees a portfolio of student work study placements and is responsible for both student learning outcomes as well as corporate partner retention. The Coordinator helps students develop and maintain a growth mindset as it pertains to work and utilizes regular performance feedback to help students continuously grow in their work. The Coordinator facilitates job setup and orientation with corporate partners and students, manages student performance, identifies and implements strategies for continuous improvement, responds and facilitates resolutions to student, partner, and family concerns, recognizes student and partner accomplishments, and supports the operation of the CWSP program. Girls Varsity Basketball Coach
CTK has an opening for a Head Coach for the Girls Varsity Basketball team for the 24/25 school year. This position is responsible for coaching and providing direction to student-athletes so that they can develop the skills, attitude, and disposition needed to become successful basketball players and teammates. Inherent in this job are the skills necessary to develop disciplined athletes, effective teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Because of the nature of CTK's work study program, the coach should be highly organized and an innovative thinker that can develop practice plans and a program under unique time constraints. Athletic Trainer
CTK has an opening for a fully certified Athletic Trainer for the 24/25 school year. CTK’s Athletic Trainer will establish an effective athletic training program for high school students. Specific duties include: working in cooperation with the Strength & Conditioning coach in the rehabilitation and strengthening of injured athletes; providing first aid and injury assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and reconditioning for Christ the King student-athletes, and providing coverage at home events and practices from the beginning of the fall sports season to the conclusion of the spring season. Van Operator
CTK is looking for van operators for the 24/25 school year to drive Corporate Work Study Program student workers to and from the school and their work placements in the Chicago-area in the morning and afternoon. The operators will be responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle and ensuring a welcoming and orderly van environment. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
