Our school's eighth annual RISE UP fundraiser, hosted by our Auxiliary Board, was held on October 11th. This year’s theme, “Top Shelf Tailgate,” celebrated our track record of success with 100% of CTK graduates earning college admission. The event was a great success, with over 250 professionals, donors and friends attending who believe that education and work experience are the keys to opportunity.
More than just a great party, the proceeds from RISE UP provide the resources our students need to succeed in college and beyond. These funds support Christ the King students and families to keep our $2,700 annual tuition affordable, allowing them to choose a safe, Jesuit, college prep education.
Our student speaker, Niya '20 shared at the event the positive impact of the academic, work study, service, and summer opportunities she is benefitting from at Christ the King. She is excited about becoming the first in her family to attend college.
"In all Jesuit schools, we have the common mission to work towards changing the world little by little. We get many opportunities to share our gifts and talents with the world around us and make an impact."
As a young school with a small alumni network, our students need your help to succeed. By attending or sponsoring this event, you are making an even greater difference in the lives of our students. Thank You!
